Bala Triathlon Sunday 1st September 2024

This years Annual Bala triathlon is looking bigger and better than ever before. This year we are delighted to be the official race partners of Always Aim Higher Events. After previous years successful events in terms of fundraising and having competitors in the race we have decided to go 1 better this year.

The event will again take place from Bala Adventure and Watersports centre, Llyn Tegid Bala, Llyn Tegid Bala LL23 7BN on Sunday 1st September.

Here is what some of last years participants said about the event…

” This was the 2nd Bala triathlon I have done and it just gets better and better. I love the build up to it and the connection, belonging, fun and banter. The couple of days before going to stay over with the other competitors is great and we have a real laugh. It also gives me a challenge and self worth and I feel a sense of pride in myself to be able to do it. “

John Ross Graduate and team member at THH

“2023 Was my first time doing the Bala triathlon, I was part of a relay team and I loved the whole event. The team spirit and camaraderie was amazing, we had a cottage booked for 2 nights and it was a great opportunity to bond with other residents and staff alike. I have taken part in triathlon’s in the past and it has now given me inspiration and motivation to get back in the water and start swimming again”
